Rental Policy

  1. Check-in time is 3 pm or later. Check-out time is 10 am or earlier. No early check-in or late check-out, please.

  2. With a fifty (50%) percent deposit by credit card and a returned copy of this agreement by email we will confirm your reservation. We will then e-mail or fax your confirmation to you. The balance of payment will be charged to your credit card thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date. We accept MasterCard and Visa as the only forms of payment.

  3. We have a two night minimum stay.

  4. Little Pine Lodge is non-smoking.

  5. No pets are allowed at Little Pine Lodge.

  6. The cabin will not be rented to persons under 21 years of age.

  7. No house parties are permitted at Little Pine Lodge and no occupants shall disturb neighbors during their stay.

  8. The renter will assume responsibility for the cabin while staying there. Any damaged or missing items may be charged to the credit card on file.

  9. If your reservation is cancelled prior to thirty (30) days of your arrival date, a one hundred percent (100%) refund will be issued, minus a $25.00 processing fee. If your reservation is cancelled between thirty (30) and fifteen (15) days, a fifty percent (50%) refund will be issued, minus a $25.00 processing fee. If your reservation is cancelled less than fifteen (15) days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued.
    With every stay, there will be a one time $50.00 cleaning charge.

  10. Upon your departure, our housekeeping staff will clean the rental home. We ask that you leave the kitchen clean, put the dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher. Please lock all windows and doors, turn off lights, and set the thermostat to 76° in warm weather and 65° in cold weather.

  11. Wildlife is present in the area. Please DO NOT leave food or trash out for
    the animals. It is for their protection as well as your safety that they do not
    eat human food. Enjoy them from a safe distance and never attempt to hand them food or observe them up close. It is very important that everyone strictly abide by the following:
    Do not place any garbage outside the cabin at any time. Keep garbage inside the cabin bagged. You will find bags under the kitchen sink. You can dispose of garbage at the Metcalf Bottoms picnic area. It is very convenient to the cabin (only a couple of minutes drive). Directions are on refrigerator.
